How to place an order
Contract terms
- Charter. Certificate of state registration. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
- Certificate of inclusion of information about a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Power of attorney for the right to sign or minutes of the meeting on the appointment of the general director.
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority. Accounting card, with mandatory indication of the postal address, email address, and contact phone numbers.
- Certificate of application of the simplified tax system. According to the concluded supply agreement, the minimum wholesale batch of the goods to be shipped at once should be at least 100,000 rubles.
Delivery
- The shipped to the buyer on the terms of prepayment or deferred payment, payment can only be made by non-cash method
- The shipment of goods is carried out by a transportation company from the warehouse in Bavly, Republic of Tatarstan.
- Free shipping. Transport costs in distant regions are calculated individually.
